Isent in the refund application with my receipts and the package I mailed came back unopened. I sent it registered mail just as I was told to do so.

same thing happened to me. I paid (with a credit card)for 30 weeks and only got 11 weeks of services and bars. I also filled out a refund form and it was returned twice because apparently it was underliverable to the address that was provided to me. Now I’m stuck paying for somehitng I did not get!

same thing happen to me i paid for 83 weeks and only received 12 weeks they got more than $500.00 then dropped me. I filled out a refund request form back in november. and still have not heard anything.
